Debi (Debra) in Hebrew means honey bee.
In many spiritual teachings, honey bees are seen as messengers of divine energy, transforming raw materials into something productive, meaningful, and sweet. This symbolism helped me recognize how deeply my birth name aligns with my life’s passion and purpose.
Bees remind us to embrace personal growth, live in harmony, and create a meaningful, lasting impact through nurturing warmth and intention. Looking back, I realize this is the path I have naturally followed throughout my life — one rooted in compassion, growth, and connection.
My practice provides a gentle, supportive space for lasting growth and harmony. If you’ve learned to silence your truth to feel safe or loved, or if you carry the belief that you’re not enough, change is possible. It’s understandable that you developed coping strategies to avoid abandonment — even when they came at the cost of your own needs.
Early abuse, betrayal, or childhood trauma can teach you to survive by silencing your inner voice.
